The new menu is fantastic, about the header... maybe you could center the xLingo logo more (center it in height), because it's kind of near the page's upper border. Also the reflection takes as much space as the original text; normally reflectons like that are faded and take less space than the reflected word. What about inserting your slogan (practice and learn foreign languges...) next to the logo? But overall, it's nice and pleasant to the eye, good work! ;)

Also about the color, I think you should use other warm color for the forum instead of silver. A good one is light blue mixed with dark blue I like the layout, the feel and touch of the skype forum: http://forum.skype.com/ Hope to see other new features come out soon! Keep up the good work!
