To really give someone a idea of yourself, you must type more then just 300 chars.
Heres my true introdution:
Hi, I am chronocalamity(witch of course is a usersname and is good enough until one of you seal the deal) I am from the central part of the USA witch makes me without saying, fluent in English.
I am 22 years old and wanting a good challenge of learning japanese witch I have failed now for a few years so I want to try a different aproch by learning japanese from a japanese person. Why learn Iron working from a carpenter right. The same applies in all things, The best way to learn something is from a person that knows of it the most.
I already know basic greetings like hello, thank you, and good bye. I am still working on learning katakana and hiragana and haven't even started on Kanji but I am more interested in the spoken language of japanese.
As for you learning english from me, I can teach you how to read, write, and more importently how to speak english.
Spoken language is the most important part of any language in my opinon because with out words we look like idiots most of the time, of course we could relay our thoughts in write( witch will happen for a good part of us learning any language) but after a long amount of time we may want to relay our thoughts faster to each other witch is were spoken words come in.
Trufully im in this for the fun of meeting someone half way across the world and taking the bad with the good in learning each others way of life.
I'm sure that your not a expert in teaching japanese and thats cool because im not a expert in teaching english but i can offer you my full attention in teaching you.
This would go much smoother is you are interested in learning by voice chat because I spend alot of time in a private voice chat server that I own known as "Teamspeak"
If you don't know what Teamspeak is that is fine I can teach you, I've helped countless people set up, log in, and anything else pertaining to it.
Also Text is importent so if you use Xfire, Ymessager, or windows Live then we can use that.
Now thats a basic intro right there.
I look forward to whats to come.
