Happy International Thank-You Day!

So, I got a letter a couple of days ago from, guess who, the National Student Loan Office, saying that since they didn't have my interest payment yet, they sent back my confirmation of enrollment form, which meant that it was going to be at least another 3 weeks until I could get my student loan. WELL, I flipped. I called up the headquarters and started ripping apart this poor woman who worked there. I was like "Look, I've had about all I can take. I have done everything in my power, and it's been 4 months that you guys have been telling me that 'this is the last thing I'll need to do' and there's always something new. I sent you that money almost 2 weeks ago. You must have it by now, I sent it Priority Post. I have had just about all I can handle." Anyway, to make a long story short, she told me it was a mix-up, apologized, and told me that FINALLY my student loan was already processed and it takes five business days for the bank to get it in my account, which means it should be here by Thursday. It's great news, but I'm not holding my breath, just in case, lol. I'm getting a new kitten! Its gonna be a nightmare if it's a second Cleo, but I'm hoping the kitten will keep her busy so she'll start staying out of the garbage and stop attacking me in the middle of the night. The kitten is all grey except for a white stripe on her nose and white paws. We're calling her Kaita, which means "little dragon" in Japanese. I'm really excited. Anyway, I have to get to class.
