All members must verify their account

All users are required to verify their emails before signing in and showing up in the search results. This will cut down spams and increase response rate. Since we didn't require account verification from the beginning, with this new requirement turned on, we removed a lot of old members, but most of them are not actively involved anyway. Hopefully with this new requirement, we will receive more serious and active members.
