So I had a friend over for a couple days... and we were talking a lot. I noticed a bunch of the French (QUEBEC) slang and strange words we used... and I thought I might post it here... I don't know if it will be of use though... anyways...
One of the strange words is some type of contraction of, "Je vais te" which translated is... "I will ________ you."
So the shortened form you might hear in Quebec... Uh not sure how to spell this one... "motte" which.... I have NO idea how it came to be... but we say stuff (as jokes) like... "Motte donner un coup d'poing dans la face!" translation (literal) "I will punch you in the face." Using "motte" has more emphasis though, so it means more something like, "I'm going to punch your face in!"
Yeah I can't think of much slang on command lol but I know I hear this one a lot. Anyways... is everyone having a good weekend lol?
